Kibagare Good News Centre (KGNC) is a program for poor and orphaned children in Nairobi, Kenya.   It was founded in 1980 as a non-profit multi-purpose centre for children and youth by late Sister Martin Wanjiru, ASN.   It is a project of the Assumption Sisters of Nairobi, a local order of Catholic religious women.

KGNC Director, Sr. Leah Wambui Kimani, with several KGNC children.

The Centre is situated in the west outskirts of Nairobi, in a slum village known as Kibagare.  Kibagare seeks to assist children at risk in their personal spiritual growth by providing material resources and moral support through a variety of educational holistic development programs.  Each day the centre feeds, houses and educates over 1,000 AIDS orphans, under-privileged children and youth from the slum areas surrounding Nairobi.
